As Director of Shalom Christian Centre CBO, Allan provides strategic and hands-on leadership in advancing the organization’s mission of supporting orphans, vulnerable children, disadvantaged families, and communities in Mfangano Island and beyond. His leadership is grounded in compassion, accountability,
professionalism, innovation, and a strong commitment to sustainable community transformation.
He has strong experience managing relationships with vulnerable children, guardians, staff, partners, donors, and community stakeholders. He is skilled in project management, administration, partnership development, communication, resource mobilization, and responding effectively to changing community needs.
