Meet Pinto Paul

Pinto is 14 years’ old who lives in Homa-Bay County in Kenya. He is a Total Orphan and the fifth born of seven siblings. Both parents died in 2023 when the boat capsized killing all passengers on board in Lake Victoria. He lives with his grandparents. Life at home is filled with a lot of work like making charcoal and gathers firewood for sale to support the family and his old grandparents. This leaves too exhausted in the evening to study and learn. It is a blessing to be at Shalom Christian Centre where he can get enough time to study and realize his dream of becoming a Civil Engineer.
